We’ll begin with a quick 15-minute Zoom call to discuss your project needs, timeline and budget.

Home Walk-Through

From there, we’ll schedule a one-hour in-person consultation to dive deeper into your goals and space.

Proposal Review

After the visit, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and fees. We’ll review this together during a 30-minute Zoom call.

  • We work exclusively with Lams Glass Houses, designed and manufactured in France and imported to the United States through Versailles Gardens. These enclosed outdoor living structures feature tempered glass and aluminum framing with clean European design. I chose Lams for the quality of materials.

  • Each glass house is crafted in France with a durable aluminum structure, tempered glass panels, and stainless-steel hardware. These high-quality materials ensure strength, safety, and longevity—unlike plastic or polycarbonate alternatives that can yellow or deteriorate over time.

  • Glass houses arrive as a kit and can ship anywhere in the United States. Delivery options are available in Oregon, Washington and California.

  • Your glass house arrives as a flat-packed kit, delivered right to your driveway. Before installation, the site is prepped with pavers that go through a precise leveling process to ensure the foundation is completely even. Installation can be is handled by specially trained contractors.

  • A glass house naturally runs warmer than the outside air - often by 10 degrees. Skylights, retractable shades, and ventilation options help regulate temperature, making the space comfortable and comparable to the outside temperature.

  • Surprisingly easy! The tempered glass panels are durable and low-maintenance — usually just a quick rinse with water and a few drops of Dawn dish soap or a streak-free glass cleaner does the trick. Both options allow the glass to air dry without leaving residue. Most homeowners clean their glass house twice a year, and with such minimal upkeep, it will stay beautiful year-round.

  • There are multiple collections and styles to choose from, ranging from modern to more traditional European-inspired profiles. Sizes start as small as 8x8 feet and go up from there, depending on your needs and space.

    Each glass house can be customized with accessories such as skylights, retractable shade systems, double doors, ridge cresting, shelving, planting trays, potting tables, and more. Color finishes are also customizable in matte or gloss, with 12 options available.
